I used to do pilates RELIGIOUSLY! I l...interesting! I used to do pilates RELIGIOUSLY! I love it and if there was a studio here I would be ALL over it! I did pilates at least three times a week, but usually 5 and I was so much more toned... It was the best I had looked EVER! I really enjoyed it too.... It was relaxing to me. This was pre kids though so I did not have the baby belly yet....<br /><br />It for sure did not help my cardio.... I still would fall out from 15 minutes on the Elliptical :) But I was smoking then too.... <br /><br />Thanks for sharing!
