I have been blogging for over a year and have never encountered Spam until this past month. It started off one here or there but now it's a little obnoxious and I'm wondering if I should start moderating comments. I really didnt want to do that. Why would someone spam? Seems kinda pointless to me?!?!

I get them every so often, but the past few weeks have been bad! No clue whats up with that.... Hope your Christmas ROCKED!
The spammers are getting to me too and it's really annoying! I'm not going to moderate comments...just yet anyway..
The spam I was getting showed up on old posts (like months old!) so I only moderated posts older than 2 weeks. Weird, isn't it?
Yuck! I haven't experienced that yet! I have no idea how to stop it! Good luck!
