I made banana muffins last night because we had 3 bananas that were going bad. I hate to waste food so I checked allrecipes for a recipe and made some muffins. I ate one because.....well because you have to taste what you made. The other 2 that I ate? I have no excuse for them except that I am a pig. So much for a good thing huh?
Here is the recipe in case anyone wants it. This was my first time making anything with banana's so I cant really rate the recipe. The Husband didn't think they had tons of flavor but I think they are ok.

While we are talking about food.....I'm really not Betty Crocker. When I met The Husband he thought I only knew how to make chicken nuggets and fish sticks. I had noooo interest in cooking. My mom isn't a cooker, she much prefers to go out to eat. Well I love going out too but when I have to cook I love experimenting. I enjoy cooking now, its been fun to learn along the way.

Friendship Casserole
I know,I know, food again. Can this girl talk about anything but food? Any thing?
We had Friednship Casserole for dinner last night and I had leftovers for lunch today and its so good that I wanted to pass on the recipe. This recipe makes 2, so you can either freeze one or give one to a friend. Im selfish so I always keep mine. Its very easy to make also. The only thing I do different is I make mine own spaghetti/pizza sauce. (just started this recently)
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 (48 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (16 ounce) package medium egg noodles
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3/4 teaspoon onion salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Brown meat, drain fat.
Add spaghetti sauce and sugar to meat; simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed (al dente); drain and toss with margarine, salts and Parmesan cheese.
Spray two 9x13 pans with non-stick spray. In both pans layer half the sauce, all the noodles, rest of sauce; top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes.

Flipsides are so flippin' good!

I love these crackers! love, Love, LOVE them. If you haven't tried them yet you should get a box or 12. I have 2 boxes at home in my cabinet. An open box and a spare box.....they were on sale. No one else in my family likes them but that's fine with me. Finally, something to myself!!!
Now since we are all in to calories and stuff I will disclose that they aren't the best diet food. I let myself have 2 servings each evening with my cream cheese fruit dip (aka fruit ball that I don't make into a ball). One serving is 5 crackers and 70 calories. That's not very much for my piggy self. {sigh}
