If you suddenly became blind, how would your idea of the perfect mate change?
I am quite independent now so it would change alot. I would have to rely on The Husband to do more things for me and that would be quite a challenge for me!

Six Degrees
I live in a fairly small area and it seems that everyone is connected somehow. My co-worker lives right across the street from my step-daughters. Now they live 45 mins away from us so we aren't even talking the same town. Anyway this morning I came in to work and before I even got my computer on my coworker said I read about J & J's (step dd's) grandfather dying. Huh, what? Its 7am, I'm still asleep so don't just throw that out there. I immediately think that something happened on their mom's side of the family. So I go online to look at the obituary and its my step-daughters step-father's father. (holy moly, can you say blended?)
I call The Husband, just because I wanted to share the gossip. He didn't answer because he was working. So I just forgot about it and continued working.
Fast forward to 8:30am and my mom calls me to tell me. Apparently she reads the obituaries online in my newspaper? She lives an hour north of me, whereas these people are almost an hour south. I didn't even know she knew the girls mother's married name to be able to recognize when their family dies. Interesting!
After writing this, it probably has more to do with nosey people. I don't think many normal people read the obituaries for the 10 surrounding counties.
I also realized that we should never attempt to make a family tree.
I just made a whole post about someone I don't know that died. I'm a weirdo!

This should be an interesting one.

Yay, an award!!
I am so excited to accept this lovely award! Mel has chosen me to pass this award along to........
Here are the rules:
List 7 things that you love and then pass the award on to 7 people...tagging them and letting them know they won! You can copy the picture of the award and put it on your sideboard letting the whole wide world know you are KReATIV!
Seven things I love:
- my family (they rock!)
- my cell phone
- the Internet (how did we live without all of this at our fingertips?
- my laptop (it allows me to be lazy on the sofa instead of an office or something)
- M's cat (he is such a snuggle bug to me!)
- watching seasons change (I couldn't live somewhere that didn't have 4 seasons)
- playing in the snow with M
- watching kids grow up (its truly amazing to watch them develop)
- shopping (love it!)
- sleeping (there is nothing better than a nap on the weekend)
Now I pass this on to:
What color are your toenails?
ew, toenails, I agree. The things I blog about!
I can't not have my toes painted. I think toenails are ugly and everyone, including men, should paint their toes.
I like to have bright toes so they are never a pale pink or any dull color. I stick to red, hot pink and a silvery purple color. But not today, nope!!
Tonight I am going to paint my toes BLUE! How's that for living on the edge?

Question # 15
We are almost half way to the end! Anyone still playing? lol
Do you prefer receiving expensive gifts or ones that come from the heart?
The Husband will say that I like expensive gifts, which is true. BUT I think I like gifts from the heart too. I am ridiculously hard to buy for though.
Now when I give gifts I try hard to make them heartfelt. My oldest step daughter loves writing and got some stationary for xmas and mailed her mom a note from our house. So while at Micheal's one day I saw note cards with her initial on them and I bought them for her birthday (next week). I will give her enough stamps to send out all the cards also. To me, that's better than a toy she will forget about next week. I know kids love toys but I like to give a little of what they want and what my heart says. I'm so excited to give them to her.
Ok, wake up now!

Friendship Casserole
I know,I know, food again. Can this girl talk about anything but food? Any thing?
We had Friednship Casserole for dinner last night and I had leftovers for lunch today and its so good that I wanted to pass on the recipe. This recipe makes 2, so you can either freeze one or give one to a friend. Im selfish so I always keep mine. Its very easy to make also. The only thing I do different is I make mine own spaghetti/pizza sauce. (just started this recently)
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 (48 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (16 ounce) package medium egg noodles
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3/4 teaspoon onion salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Brown meat, drain fat.
Add spaghetti sauce and sugar to meat; simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed (al dente); drain and toss with margarine, salts and Parmesan cheese.
Spray two 9x13 pans with non-stick spray. In both pans layer half the sauce, all the noodles, rest of sauce; top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil; bake 45 minutes.

Question # 14
If you could live one year of your life all over again without changing a thing, what year would you choose? Why?
Tough one!
Hmmm. I can always think of things that I would have changed.

Yummy Food!
Let's talk about non healthy food for a second. I love it, I do mean LOVE! Hence why I need to lose 10lbs but lets not ruin the fun by talking about diet junk.
Do you like Chinese donuts?
I do! I DO!!!
Never had them? You are missing out on some sugary goodness. I havent made them yet but I found a recipe online. They look the same so hopefully they are as good.
Here is the recipe.
While searching for cakes that my step daughter may love I found this, a rainbow cake! I love rainbows! (Hence the blog name) Too bad its not my birthday, huh? She wants chocolate so I cant make this. *sigh*
So who is going to be the experimenter and make one or both of these? I think I have everything to make the donuts.

Black and Blue
do not match.
Black shoes and blue socks should not be worn together. They will drive you crazy all day. You should look at your socks closer when you pick them out of your dark sock drawer. Other people may not notice it but it will be a long day for you.
Just trying to help you out with a little fashion advice.

Well, this one is easy. Everything, I am qualified in everything.

Anonymous
To be or not to be.
When I started this blog I was fully prepared to be anonymous. I have found out that the world wide web isn't as big as many think. I sit right across from someone who posts on BBC. I have posted on BBC for 7 yrs too. I found out that this person was having an affair and have carried this with me for the past year when inside our office she constantly lies to everyone with her fakeness. Sometimes I wish I didn't know. Once you know, its impossible to not look. Sure when I see her screen name I could not look, I could even block her but I am far too nosey for that.
Anyway, I wanted this to be a place that was all mine. I could say or do whatever I want. I haven't told anyone IRL about it, except for The Husband. The problem is I am not very good at being private. I have already told my daughters name, one of step daughters names, told you guys my name and showed a pic of my daughter. Its very hard to stay anonymous. Alot harder than I thought. I want to play the games and show the pictures more than I thought I would. I kinda like some of you and want to share my life with you. (that sounds a little creepy!)
So how did you guys chose which path to take? Was it always that way?

Question # 12
Over the last five years how do you think you have changed for the worse?Better?
I have changed alot since The Husband and I met. When we met we were both going out and having tons of fun. Now we stay at home and live 'the old people life'. We love staying home but we do need to liven it up a bit every now and then.

Question # 11
If your partner had an affair, how would you react? Could you forgive him or her?
The husband and I have both been through this in our former lives. You can forgive but you never forget and its hard. We both said we would not stay together.

Wii Fit Review
You guys probably forgot all about me getting Wii Fit, didn't you? Its only been 2 weeks. I needed lots of time to be able to give you my honest opinion of the game. That and I'm lazy.
I like it, I really do. I kind of feel bad for our other Wii games because they haven't been touched since we got the Fit.
Hula Hooping- I feel like a wobbly old person but I like doing it.
Step- At first I thought I must be the most uncoordinated person in the world. Once I unlocked free step and didn't have to watch all the Mii's everything has gotten much better. Now I put it on free step and change the channel. One day this week I was doing free step, talking to my mom on the phone and watching the news all at the same time. Multi-tasker, I am! I think I did over 1000 steps. Who am I kidding, it could have been 10, 000. I really don't remember but it was alot.
Jogging- I enjoy this also. Last week The Husband and I did the 2 person jog and that was fun to do it together.
Boxing- I suck at it. Everyone else in my house loves it.
Yoga- I had never tried yoga until this and I really do enjoy it. Now, sometimes when I get stressed out I envision the big blue circle going in and out. lol
Balance- Again I did not get the coordination gene. It makes me wonder what I looked like while dancing drunk in my younger days. yikes, lets just block that out.
Strength training- I liked this too. UNTIL The Husband was watching me do it one day and decided I wasn't do my lunges the right way. Uh, shut it. Now I have a complex but right or wrong its got to be better than sitting on the sofa with my laptop. At least I'm moving.
I think that's it. I enjoy it and would recommend it. I know you guys were waiting on my approval. ;)

Question # 9
Which do you think should have the final say in decisions - logic or emotions? Why?
I struggle with this. I am way more of an emotional person than logical. But at the same time I have to analyze every. single. thing.

Question # 8
I really enjoyed yesterday's question. The Husband and I always say we are going to implement this and that into our relationship, like a weekly weekly date night. But we get lazy and forget about it. I'm thinking about making a chore chart to remind us. lol
Do you need to hear “I love you” or similar words on a regular basis from your partner?

Here's a trick question for you.....
How much does it cost to get into a zoo with free admission?
Pretty simple, huh?
Well the actual answer is $60. Yes, SIXTY dollars! I am going on a field trip with M to the zoo and they take charter buses. So I guess it costs $30 each to ride the bus because that price isn't for lunch or admission.
Oh well, I will pay, go and we will have a blast. M has never been to 'the big zoo'. I'm really excited. The trip is in April but we got the paperwork for it yesterday. We knew it was happening though because its a known highlight of being a 2nd grader.

Question # 7
Yesterday's question was kind of hard for me to answer. I guess I never really thought about what made me feel safe and secure. My answer was money and The Husband's was unconditional love. Yikes, totally different.
What rituals could be added to our relationship on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis that would help us to remain close?

Butt Comercial and New Table
Have you seen the (what I call) Butt Commercial? The woman answers the phone after her husband's butt calls her. She talks, he stands and sits back down and says his butt hung up on her. I act like a 12 yr old boy because I think that commercial is hilarious. I laugh at it before they even start talking now.
I get my new dining room furniture delivered in 1 hour! I am so excited. We bought our house almost 2 yrs ago and have just had an empty dining room. We have our old table in the kitchen but it only has 4 chairs so we always have to get the folding chair out every other weekend. It took me forever (obviously) to find a table that I loved. I would look and then quit and then get the desire to look again. Finally, I found a furniture place that lets you order from the distributor at a slight discount and I ordered right away. The girls have been using the dining room for a place to do puzzles, moon sand etc so its going to be a little awkward at first. I am so excited to go home and see it!

Bachelor Time
Lots of steaminess last night. Do you really think they all 'get intimate' with Jason? How would you feel if you were the one chosen and then had to watch this and see that he slept with the other girls too?
Jillian
OK, we all know I didn't like her but I did feel bad for her last night. She really wanted to be loved. I thought her dress was really cute too.
Molly
I don't know how I feel about her. I like her a little but just don't feel like she is the one. She is cute and spunky but its just something about her.
Melissa
I honestly thought he was going to get rid of her because of not meeting her parents. It has been talked about so much, it seemed inevitable. I was happy to see her stay. When she told Jason she loved him was what kinda sealed the deal, I think. Did you notice that at the end when he was talking about them meeting his son and family that he kept looking at Melissa? He didn't turn to Molly until the very end. I didn't imagine that, right?
Next week is the Tell All show. I always think they are funny. But I cant wait for 2 weeks to see the girls meet his son, family and the Bachelorette comes back. Poor guy is crying by the end of that show.

Question # 5
Do you think you would prefer a calm, loving, consistent relationship or one that was full of excitement, wild times and rocky patches?
Shhh do you hear that?
Peace and Quiet.
Well actually Regis and Kelly is on but still.
I am home alone. Just me. The kid is at school and the husband is at work.
I still had to get up at 6:30am because M wanted to ride the bus to school from daycare. Apparently the last time I took her to school she wasn't there as early as she liked. I am going to have lunch with her at 11:05. We will be having chicken nuggets and chocolate milk....that's the highlights of it. Then I will pick her up at 3pm. Oh and we cant forget watching Dr Phil at 10am.
That's my day!

Question # 4
When you are sick and feeling poorly, do you like to be alone or do you like to be pampered and have someone close to your side most of the time?
I always have to be complicated. I would say I want a little of both.

Valentized
(yes, I make up my own words)
Are you all Valentized up today? I know its a day early but we like to start our parties early.
I have on a red sweater, pale pink nails, and red toes with white hearts on the big toe.
M has on a pink shirt, pink nails with a red jewel on her thumb, red toes with an X on one toe and an O on another. (I typically don't let her wear red just because I'm weird like that but hey its a holiday, lets live it up!)
I did our nails the other night and they came out really cute. All you need is a toothpick to dip in a different color and then draw your design. For my hearts I did dots to form a heart. Fun and cheap at home mani/pedi!

Question #2
Hopefully noone slept on the sofa last night or is filing for divorce today. That was a quite a question to start off with.
Anyone want to share how it went? My husband and I both said that we really didn't have anything that annoyed us about the others family. After talking for a bit we finally came up with something! I don't think his family is close to our kids and he thinks my family spoils M. Both are correct. Its how we were raised though.....I was a spoiled brat and his family was very dysfunctional. Not much has changed now that we are grown up and have kids of our own. These things aren't a big deal to either of us but we felt like we had to have an answer.
Question #2:
Is it ever appropriate for someone to express anger in a physical way? If so,when and how?

Wanna play a game?
not with me though. This will be with your husband/boyfriend/spouse/whatever you call the person that lives with you, besides your kid(s).
Yesterday I came across 30 questions that couples could ask each other to get to know each other better. Sure, you are with this person for years but sometimes life just happens and you lose that connection. You know them but it becomes more surface than deep. There isn't time for deep talks when there are dinners to be made, kids to be put to bed and baths to be given. Life is hectic.
I was going to wait to do this until March 1st but I'm impatient and want to start it now. Play along if you like. I will post one question everyday for you to ask your spouse and then you answer it also. Even if you just take 15 minutes out of your day to share some time it will help tremendously. I would say skip the cleaning but I'm kinda OCD and cant ask anyone to do that. Just clean faster so you have more time for this game.
(I talk alot)
Question #1
What does my family do that annoys you? (yeah this should be good)

Avoid Vending machines at ALL costs......
I am typically a very organized person who brings my breakfast and lunch to work everyday. Not only because I'm cheap but also because its better for this diet thing. Yesterday M had a dentist appointment and that just threw my whole day off schedule, apparently. The appt was at 2pm so I'm not sure how it messed up my evening but we are gonna go with it.........
Ok, so I didn't bring breakfast. I'm hungry, Ive been up for 2 hours so I must eat now. I go to scope out the vending machine and my choices are Texas style cinnamon roll (do Texans make theirs different?), Cream Cheese Danish, Honeybun and oatmeal raisin cookies. Guess which one I picked? Did you guess the Cream Cheese Danish? You were correct!
Now sit down.
420 calories in that little thing. FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY. In-sane!
Moral of the story: Always pack your food, even if your daughter has a dentist appt.

My Weekly Bachelor Review
Molly
Last week I started to like Molly but I just didn't feel it very much last night. She didn't seem very relaxed or something.
Naomi
I am glad she went home. I didn't like her and her family is just plain fruity. The dead bird, the hula hoops, the whole bit was just too much. Oh and the dad preaching to Jason....you could so tell Jason was uncomfy. I would have been too.
Jillian
I think Jason really likes her. I guess I'm missing something about her. She kisses good? No, he said Molly was the best kisser. I don't think shes horrible but I just don't think they are the best match.
Melissa
My favorite, Melissa. I felt really bad for her last night with the whole parent thing. I honestly do think Jason may hold that against her because he mentioned it a few times. Also, it was really weird that her friends haven't met her parents. Maybe she doesn't really have parents? Odd! She is just cute and spunky. Very sweet of her to make his son a gift but my first thought was what if he doesn't pick her. Will he still use the Tooth Fairy thing? Will she always wonder if Jillian (just an example) threw it away because it was from her?????? Ok I guess there wasn't enough drama last night so I am trying to make my own. Poor attempt.
My prediction right now is that he will pick Jillian to marry. This may change next week, who knows.

Caylee Marie Anthony
I look at your face and I want to hug you. I see your big brown eyes and I wish I could show you what its like to be a healthy and happy 3yr old. I would put your gorgeous brown hair up in a little ponytail and watch it bounce as you ran through the house. I would never tire of listening to your singing of 'you are my sunshine'. YOU would be my sunshine! I would love you, hold you, rock you and treat you like a princess. Its just so unfair.
This morning I watched the live memorial for Caylee and just seeing her pictures makes my heart hurt sooooo much. I just dont understand how a mother could hurt that precious baby. Dont Understand.

See that sparkly thing?
That's my Coolest Mom Crown. Isn't it beautiful? I like it but I'm sure I wont get to keep it long so I will brag about it while I have it.
To receive this award I did the following:
*Drew with the girls on our driveway. Sidewalk chalk rules!
*Made a hopscotch for them to do
*Let them play outside, riding bikes and scooters
*took them for a walk
*Made homemade strawberry muffins and blueberry pancakes
*Took 2 of them to my soccer game to watch my UNDEFEATED team. (One played, one watched)
*Let them play my Wii-Fit all freakin weekend. (I barely got to get on it)
*went to a College basketball game, along with 576 million other people
*went to McDonalds (lol)
*Had deep conversations with them! (yikes! M wanted everyone to tell what they need from the other family members....like no yelling, being rude etc. Then my oldest stepdaughter wanted to talk about being homeschooled and the lies that their mom has told them are slowly coming back to her but I wont go into that....)
Hmmm I know I did lots of other cool stuff. Oh I let them watch me take a nap. That was the best! (Don't worry, noone was left unattended, that's what I have The Husband for.)
Hope you guys had a great weekend too!

Chore Charts
During the toddler years we did reward charts, recently I have started doing something similar but calling them chore charts. The main reason for starting this was due to the teenish attitude. I do believe that it has helped so I wanted to pass some links along in case anyone else needs chore charts. I include things like Use my manners and No Attitude as a chore.
Here is a sample of a blank Chore Chart that you can fill in with your child's designated chores.
This site has lots of different printables, even some for adult chores. And no I didnt print myself any. :)

2nd graders are funny
I have a 2nd grader and know a few people who read my blog do also so I wanted to share. Thanks for sharing Amber.
Answers given by 2nd grade school children to the following questions:
Why did God make mothers?
1. She's the only one who knows where the scotch tape is.
2. Mostly to clean the house.
3. To help us out of there when we were getting born.
How did God make mothers?
1. He used dirt, just like for the rest of us.
2. Magic plus super powers and a lot of stirring.
3. God made my mom just the same like he made me. He just used bigger parts.
What ingredients are mothers made of?
1. God makes mothers out of clouds and angel hair and everything nice in the world and one dab of mean.
2. They had to get their start from men's bones. Then they mostly use string, I think.
Why did God give you your mother and not some other mom?
1. We're related.
2. God knew she likes me a lot more than other people's mom like me.
What kind of a little girl was your mom?
1. My mom has always been my mom and none of that other stuff.
2. I don't know because I wasn't there, but my guess would be pretty bossy.
3. They say she used to be nice.
What did mom need to know about dad before she married him?
1. His last name.
2. She had to know his background. Like is he a crook? Does he get drunk on beer?
3. Does he make at least $800 a year? Did he say NO to drugs and YES to chores?
Why did your mom marry your dad?
1. My dad makes the best spaghetti in the world. And my mom eats a lot.
2. She got too old to do anything else with him.
3. My grandma says that mom didn't have her thinking cap on.
Who's the boss at your house?
1. Mom doesn't want to be boss, but she has to because dad's such a goof ball.
2. Mom. You can tell by room inspection. She sees the stuff under the bed.
3. I guess mom is, but only because she has a lot more to do than dad.
What's the difference between moms and dads?
1. Moms work at work and work at home and dads just go to work at work.
2. Moms know how to talk to teachers without scaring them.
3. Dads are taller and stronger, but moms have all the real power 'cause that's who you got to ask if you want to sleep over at your friends.
4. Moms have magic, they make you feel better without medicine.
What does your mom do in her spare time?
1. Mothers don't do spare time.
2. To hear her tell it, she pays bills all day long.
What would it take to make your mom perfect?
1. On the inside she's already perfect. Outside, I think some kind of plastic surgery.
2. Diet. You know, her hair. I'd diet, maybe blue.
If you could change one thing about your mom, what would it be?
1. She has this weird thing about me keeping my room clean. I'd get rid of that.
2. I'd make my mom smarter. Then she would know it was my sister who did it not me.
3. I would like for her to get rid of those invisible eyes on the back of her head.

A little of This and A little of That
I just feel like talking today.
Yesterday was Parent Teacher Conference and it went well, as usual. Madison got all A's on her report card and she is reading at 97% of a 6th grade level. She can read some 7th grade but they didn't test her too much in that. She is only in 2nd grade and 7 1/2 years old. {that sounds old when I just typed it} She is in the top reading and spelling group of her class. The teacher said that Madison has a great little group of friends and they all get along wonderfully. I don't like to encourage cliques but Madison and 4 other little girls are so close this year. I only mention this because M used to be suuuuper shy. Like not even look at you kind of shy. She has improved so much since starting school.
Staci asked about the Wii fit that I just got. Honestly, I haven't even had time to mess around with it yet. The night my mom gave it to me she stayed awhile and then it was time to put Madison to bed (after time, actually) then it was LOST time. Last night we had PTC(read above) and then went to CiCi's for a school fundraiser. Of course there was a stop at Target too. I let M pick out something for doing super in school. I didn't mention a price but she picked out something for only $10 so I got off lucky. The Husband thought I was setting myself up by not setting a limit. ha, I showed him! Ok, back to the Wii.......I got on it a little last night before Grey's came on and I really enjoyed the yoga. I am not the best hula hooper, so Staci there will be no competition from me for your title.
LOST just isn't capturing my attention this season. I don't know what it is. I'm not big on the time shift thing. I love Jack and Kate, maybe that's it, they haven't been on very much together. It was nice to see Jin still alive. In the previous years there had to be total silence for me to catch every-little-bit of the show. Now I sit with my laptop and watch the show. {there's that Internet addiction again}
May 15th will be one year of quitting smoking for me. The Husband quit April 15, I couldn't do it until he did. Yes I still miss it. The craving has lessened some but I still think about smoking. I have been on the verge many times of "just having one" but I know I wouldn't be able to stop.
See this is what happens when people comment! Staci asked questions so she got her very own post. There is no award, crown or prize here.....just answers. sorry!

This morning was horrible!
The worst thing for a mother is leaving her child at daycare crying. HATE that!
This morning we are getting ready upstairs when I hear my cell phone ringing downstairs. I knew it was probably my mom and we would call her back in a bit.....this is happening at 6am BTW. We finish getting ready and I'm talking this flying business up to Madison (remember my mom was flying for the 1st time today)and M says she isn't flying anywhere, she will ride a bus but that's it.(ha!)
OK so we get in the car and Madison talks to my mom. big mistake! They only talked for a second but that was enough to do alot of damage. I asked Madison what she said and my mom told her that she loved her and to tell me she loved me too. I could tell she was a little upset so I'm still playing it up. I turn around and she is doubled over in her carseat crying her eyes out. Like mouth all squished up, lip quivering crying. OMG! So of course that made ME cry. Then I remembered that I am the mom and had to take control of this situation. Back to playing up the trip. She begged to go to work with me, she squeezed me tight, she held my leg, she asked to move her dentist appt from next Wed to today, etc. I told her that I could take her home to daddy and let him take her to school if she wanted a little more time. She said no. I tried to make her laugh a little and she did stop crying but her eyes were red almost down to her cheeks.
I was late getting to work but not by much. My bosses boss is visiting today or I probably would have taken some time off this morning. Stupid job getting in the way! My mom has landed safely and she said it wasn't bad at all. She thinks I would like flying and I am going to try it soon. I was hoping that Madison wouldn't grow up with anxiety like I have but apparently its in her blood because I have went out of my way to let her experience things and not be afraid.
OK, now I am just rambling.
I emailed Madison's teacher to tell her that she may be a little emotional today. I am such a helicopter mom!

Wii Fit and Anxiety
what a combo, right?
I get my Wii Fit tonight. My mom went to visit my grandfather last weekend and she told him how I haven't smoked in almost a year and I have been exercising. She must have mentioned the Wii Fit to him because she said that he gave her the money to buy me one. I cant wait to try it out. She is bringing it to my house tonight (we live an hour apart) because she is leaving tomorrow to go to Florida. My mom is 53 yrs old and has never flown. {Now you know where I get it from} She is going with a group of girls from work to Florida for the weekend....basically just to go somewhere. So tonight she will be visiting us, then my brother and niece. Ummm, this is quite apparent that she is anxious about going. We just saw her on Sunday but she NEEDS to come today. lol Its no problem to me but I just hope that she can relax and enjoy the trip.
So tonight I will be testing it out and then watching LOST. awesome!

Flipsides are so flippin' good!
I love these crackers! love, Love, LOVE them. If you haven't tried them yet you should get a box or 12. I have 2 boxes at home in my cabinet. An open box and a spare box.....they were on sale. No one else in my family likes them but that's fine with me. Finally, something to myself!!!
Now since we are all in to calories and stuff I will disclose that they aren't the best diet food. I let myself have 2 servings each evening with my cream cheese fruit dip (aka fruit ball that I don't make into a ball). One serving is 5 crackers and 70 calories. That's not very much for my piggy self. {sigh}

I love you.......
Growing up my family wasn't an 'I love you' speaking family. I know people that still tell their family that they love them when they hang up the phone and I'm always kind of jealous of that. I tell my husband and daughter that I love them but no one else. Wanna hear something bad? When Madison goes to spend the night with my mom I feel weird telling M I love her in front of my mom, so sometimes I don't. How stupid is that? I know, its pretty stupid. I couldn't tell you the last time I told my mom or brother that I loved them. Or even my ill grandfather! When my grandmother had a stroke I did make sure to tell her that I loved her because I knew it wouldn't be long before she was gone.
I'm pretty sure this issue stems from my dad telling me that he loved me just mere hours before he died (accidental death) and I didn't say it back to him. I carry huge guilt from that. So you would think that would make me want to tell everyone that I love them because I know that life can end at any second. I learned that the hard way, 2 weeks after my 17th birthday.
Sometimes I just don't make sense. I know this is kinda deep. I tend to get deep when I PMS, lol. It just seems so frivolous but I cant make myself say I love you.

Bachelor Review
I am beginning to like Molly.
I still LOVE Melissa and want him to pick her. Did you hear him say she is perfect for him and he just cant believe that? Maybe not the same words but that's what I heard.
I really didn't like Stephanie but she handled last night very well. I just couldn't see them together in the end.
I never really paid attention to Jillian until last night but I don't think I like her. She sounds like shes going to cry every.single.time she talks. Did she do this before last night? Was she even there before last night?
Then there is that other girl, Naomi. I had to google to remember her name so that should tell you how much I like her. She just doesn't seem ready to settle down and I think he knows that.
Next week should be interesting. It looks like Naomi's family is a little fruity. Who makes your girlfriends new (celebrity) boyfriend bury a dead animal. odd!
