(that was me jumping up and down)
I have been counting calories and exercising since Jan 1 but hadn't lost any weight. I was becoming VERY frustrated. Like almost ready to cry, frustrated. This week I got on the treadmill every.single.day. I normally don't weigh-in until Sunday but I was curious while cleaning so I took a peek and got a great surprise!!
This is my first time 'dieting/exercising/whatever' in my whole life. I had no idea it was so hard to lose weight. I have a new appreciation for people trying to lose.
Now 8 more to go and I will be super happy!

I need to follow your lead...I seem to have fallen off the wagon...I plan to workout everyday this week...maybe you better hold me to it! lol.
